EFA Complete is a blend of the essential Omega Oils 3, 6, 9, and unlike many other formulations, also contains Omega 7. This special formulation is unique to Florida Direct, and benefits from being in tablet (not capsule) form, making the formulation more stable and allowing for a sustained release of the nutrients contained in each tablet. Omega 7 protects, strengthens and rejuvenates cells in your mucous membranes. Mucous membranes play an important role in your general well-being, since they cover your entire gastrointestinal tract and most of your respiratory tract and genitourinary tract.

EFA Complete is made from cold-pressed seed oils to give a more stable and bio-available oil, and as such, is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. This is the ONLY complete EFA formulation available in the UK in tablet form.

Ingredients: Alpha linolenic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and mixed tocopherols complexed in linseed, cotton, soybean, corn and safflower seed fractions; microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.
