For your convenience all orders are shipped from our distribution centre in the USA direct to your door. Although we ask you to allow up to 28 days for delivery of products, in reality most orders are received after as little as 5 working days. (This is because the US and UK postal services are extremely efficient) Although the majority of our customers are based in Europe, we send orders to many satisfied customers worldwide.
NOTE: To make ordering and postage easy, we do NOT charge any postage or packaging charges to the UK and most EU countries. If you place an online order with us which states delivery details outside an EU country, we will contact you to advise of any additional postal charges. We do NOT charge extra handling fees for shipping outside the EU, but please be aware that many other countries worldwide will charge extra for postage. In either case we will contact you beforehand to advise of any additional postal charges, and only after you have agreed to these extra fees (where relevant) will we debit your card.
PRIVACY POLICY
Plain boxes and packaging are used for your privacy. We understand that some people may not want their partners or family to know their personal buying habits, therefore in all circumstances orders are sent packed in a plain box, with your address and a return address only on the outside. No invoices or packing slips are enclosed within the box. These will be sent by separately if requested.
MAILING LIST
We do NOT, under any circumstances, rent, trade or exchange our mailing list with any other companies.
DISTRIBUTION FROM U.S.A.
Our distribution arm encompasses over 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space - - this is to ensure that sufficient stocks are always available to fulfil your order immediately after it has been received.
Orders are sent by UPS (United States Postal Service) to your house, with all charges and freight paid. According to country destination, orders often arrive in 5 days, but can take longer with some addresses. Combined with our excellent customer service and speed you will see why we are such a popular and well recommended site.
IMPORTATION TAX
In some circumstances you may have to pay additional customs duty and sales tax (vat in Europe) on products ordered from overseas, when products are over a certain value, based upon the declared value of the product. (Invoices are not enclosed in boxes as standard, but can be mailed separately upon request). These taxes are very rarely imposed on UK residents - - however German residents might find a small charge levied on the goods for importation purposes. If such charges become a regular occurrence on your orders we will be happy to refund them, and will do so directly to your credit card.
